Training
Our staff will undergo training on weekly bases, from NQF Level 1 to NQF Level 4. In addition to the learnerships we do in-house we plan to add other training programs on the following fields:

Basic Safety Leadership skills
Product maintenance Time and Stress Management
Planting procedures coaching and Counselling
HIV/AIDS Planning

We promote strict adherence to quality, health and safety standards and we adhere to labor equity and encourage harmonious personnel relationships in order to promote team work among staff. We ensure that proper training is carried out with regards to Dangerous goods and Safety Training. These courses are DOL Accredited, and will enable our workforce to remain confident and suitably qualified for any safety emergency. These courses are vital for effective efficiency and will allow our workforce to be prepared and cover the following areas:
Accident prevention and safety promotion
Safety compliance
Sccident and emergency response
Personal protective equipment
Safety practice
Equipment and machinery
Chemical and hazardous materials safety
Workplace hazards
We take great care to ensure that all our sites are safe and follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Our staff are trained in the use or removal of any hazardous products and will dispose of these materials safely. We are a member of Site Safe.
We focus on the front end identification of project risks and our systems and procedures provide the framework for our project team to efficiently manage our projects.
